Surfume is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our newsletters (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that's all. Surfume uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from Surfume only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer. Cookies also allow us to give you a more personalised shopping experience by displaying products that interest you throughout our product pages, thus providing you with a more friendly, interesting and enjoyable shopping experience. Whenever you use our web site, or any other web site, the computer on which the web pages are stored (the Web server) needs to know the network address of your computer so that it can send the requested web pages to your Internet browser. After completing the form provided, your IP address will be stored along with a transaction number that allows us to track your order.

Shipping Policy:

 

We ship all goods via Australia Posts normal postal service unless you order one of  our special shipping options. Standard shipping is charged by weight and postcode using Australia posts pricing system. We ship internationally for our customers, shipping policies will vary from country to country. For information on international shipping costs, please contact us.

 

Delivery Policy:

All goods paid for will be delivered within Australia within five (5) working days of ordering. Any discrepancies to this and Surfume staff will notify customers before sending order. International orders will take up to 30 days.

 

Service Policy:

 

If you order a product that is our of stock we will notify you wit in 72 hours by email. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill the order within the new agreed period, you will be refunded and sent a 10ml bottle of your choice for free.

 

Refund Policy:

 

Surfume offers a 100% customer satisfaction Guarantee. This includes faulty product Refunds.

If in the event you are just simply unhappy with your choice, we extend a 20 day cooling off period for all products ordered. We will exchange for incorrect selections, not refund.
